- Partner Christopher H. Brown
- graduated from Niagara University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree. He worked for the international accounting firm of Peat, Marwick, Mitchell & Company where he specialized in taxation and small business services. He earned his New York State Certified Public Accountant's license in 1979.

- Mr. Brown has vast experience in setting up new businesses, tax planning, succession planning and financing. He works with entrepeneurs in all fields of business and concentrates on business strategy and consultation.

- He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants and has been active in numerous community groups and organizations including the Chamber of Commerce, Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center and the Niagara Falls Public Library.

- Partner Patrick D. Brown
- graduated from Niagara University where he earned his Bachelor of Business Administration-Accounting degree. Upon graduation he joined the national accounting firm of Coopers & Lybrand in the Buffalo, NY office. Following his service with Coopers & Lybrand, Patrick joined the Standard Oil Company's internal audit department for two years where he was promoted to Accounting Supervisor and Plant Controller for the Standard Oil Electro Minerals Company (formerly the Carborundum Company) where he became a Certified Public Accountant. Patrick has diversified accounting and financial management experience including four years of service as City Controller of Niagara Falls, NY.

- Patrick joined the firm of Brown & Company, LLP bringing with him a thorough understanding and expertise in government finance, budgetary issues and analysis, manufacturing, wholesale, and non-profit auditing and taxation for businesses ranging from small to Fortune 500. Mr. Brown is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Lewistion Kiwanis Club and Family and Children's Services of Niagara. He is also treasurer/board member of the Town of Niagara Business and Professional Association.

- graduated from Niagara University earning her Bachelor of Business Administration-Accounting. She has worked in public accounting since 1991 gaining a wide variety of experience in accounting, auditing, and taxation of small business. Sue has expertise in implementing computerized or traditional accounting systems for retail, restaurants, manufacturing, service, and not-for-profit organizations.

- Partner Steven H. Brown
- is a graduate of Niagara University where he earned his Bachelor of Business Administration - Accounting degree. Upon graduation, he joined the national accounting firm of Touche, Ross & Company in its Buffalo, New York offices.
- Serving Touche, Ross & Company for two years in the audit department, Steven transferred to the firm's tax department for the next two years where he progressed to the position of Senior Tax Specialist. He became a Certified Public Accountant and joined the firm of Brown & Company. His expertise is in taxation of small business and personal income tax as well as performing audits and reviewing or compiling financial statements for a variety of businesses such as: manufacturing, retail, wholesale, and service.

- Mr. Brown is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accounts and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants. He serves as a member of the Board of Directors of the Niagara Falls Area Chamber of Commerce, is a member of the Rotary Club of Niagara Falls, and is active in other community organizations and not-for-profit agencies.

- is a 1948 graduate of Niagara University where he earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree. Upon graduation, he joined the national accounting firm of Ernst & Ernst (now known as Ernst & Young) and during this tenure, became a certified public accountant.

- Following his six years with Ernst & Ernst, he established an accounting practice in Niagara Falls, New York as a sole practitioner. In 1973, while continuing to run his practice, Harold Brown earned his Master of Business Administration degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo to enhance his management advisory expertise.

- Mr. Brown's national accounting firm experience and his expertise as a sole practitioner exposed him to a wide variety of businesses, including: accounting, auditing and taxation of not-for-profit organizations, wholesalers, retailers, manufacturers, and service providers.

- Mr. Brown is a member of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants and is treasurer of the Niagara Falls Rotary Club. He is also an officer and board member of the Health Association of Niagara County and serves on several boards in and around Niagara Falls.

- Partner Cynthia L. Shaghoian
- graduated from Niagara University earning a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting degree. She joined a local CPA firm in 1985 where she gained a wide variety of experience in accounting, auditing and taxation of not-for-profit organizations, corportations, and individuals. It was during this period that Cynthia became a Certified Public Accountant. In 1988, she joined the finance department of Lockport Memorial Hospital where she was soon promoted to the position of Financial Analyst.

- Cynthia joined Brown & Company, LLP in 1990 bringing with her diversified accounting, auditing and tax experience with an expertise in the not-for-profit field. Since joining Brown & Company, she has also come to specialize in the construction industry. Cynthia also serves as the firm's Quality Control Director, guiding the firm to successful completion of all peer review requirements of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants.

- Ms. Shaghoian is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants. She is also a volunteer for the Arthritis Foundation and the United Way of Niagara.
